Integration Manager – Data Centre – Portugal

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that they are currently seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Portugal.

Responsibilities

Data Centre Integration Leadership

Oversee and coordinate the integration of all telecoms, structured cabling, containment, and rack infrastructure across design, construction, commissioning, and client handover phases, ensuring seamless alignment between CSA, MEP, IT, and data centre operational requirements.

Single Point of Accountability

Act as the single point of contact for all data centre integration scopes, managing interfaces between multiple trades, vendors, and client teams while ensuring key milestones are achieved safely, on schedule, and in line with programme objectives.

Construction Phasing & Interface Management

Identify, document, and manage construction phasing and interdependencies for white space and technical areas, including pathways, fibre and copper cabling, racks, and active equipment readiness, ensuring integration with power, cooling, and life safety systems.

Governance, Reporting & Health & Safety

Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan, chair integration meetings, provide regular progress reporting across design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover stages, and champion strict Health & Safety compliance across all integration activities.

Procurement, Commissioning & Client Handover

Oversee compliance with telecoms material procurement processes and coordinate snagging, commissioning, testing, and handover activities with clients and contractors to ensure fully operational, high-quality data centre environments.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background

Must have 5+ years experience in a similar position on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)

Must have EU Passport or RTW in Portugal

Benefits

€85,000 - €95,000 + Full Rotational Package
